Entries for manually posted liquidations are updated throughout the day as soon as possible and will usually appear within 90 minutes after the liquidations have been processed.
Under 19 U.S.C. 1514, a liquidation is final and conclusive on all persons unless a protest is filed within 180 days of the date of liquidation, the date of reliquidation, or the date of a liquidation by operation of law.
The Official Notice of Extension, Suspension and Liquidation data are available beginning as of January 14, 2017 and will be archived for 15 months.
